125 ml plant-based milk of your choice
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Planet Plant-Based Date Syrup (optional: add to the pudding for a sweeter taste or use only to drizzle over).
To serve: Planet Plant-Based Chickpea Granola Strawberry Coconut of choice, fresh berries, a drizzle of nut butter and a drizzle of date syrup.
Stir together milk, chia and nut butters (and date syrup for a sweeter taste) and leave in the fridge for an hour or over night. Add the toppings of your choice before serving.
