If you’re into your savoury treats, but still want to keep things healthy, then this one is for you. Green kale chips can be made with very little olive oil and very little salt and still taste fantastic. And it definitely couldn’t be simpler to prepare.
- A big bunch of kale
- A little olive oil
- A little salt
- Turn the oven to 150 degrees. Remove the stems from the kale and place the leaves in an oven tray. Drip over a little olive oil and sprinkle over some salt. Roast in the oven for ten to fifteen minutes, until a darkened and crisp. You can stir it around one or two times to get the crispiness more even.
