120 ml (0.5 cups) Planet Plant-Based coconut oil
240 ml (1 cup) Planet Plant-Based peanut butter
120 ml (0.5 cups) Planet Plant-Based date syrup
A little sea salt
480 ml (2 cups) gluten-free oats
Optional: 100 g dark chocolate of choice
Slightly melt the coconut oil in a bowl over a water bath and then add the peanut butter and date syrup until all is completely smooth. Make sure all is thoroughly combined. Then stir in the gluten-free oats. Transfer the mix to a baking tin and press it out evenly. Now melt the chocolate - if using; the bars are tasty without it, too - over a water bath and spread it out evenly across the top. Place the tin in the fridge for about two hours or until completely solid. Slice into bars.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
